• What if there was an all-natural "vitamin” that made your child calmer, kinder, smarter, and healthier, would you give it to them?

Buckle up for this because there is such a thing and nothing about it is gimmicky.

Benefits of meditating over time (1+ years) include:

  • Accelerated stages of psychological development (you get wiser faster)
  • Notable improvements in brain functioning
  • Accelerated development of emotional intelligence
  • Intuitive capacities grow and become more pronounced

Over the past 10 years, over 2,000 studies have been done working with meditation. It is recommended by virtually every domain of health professional throughout the world.

Meditation is the only technique that has been scientifically validated to accelerate this kind of vertical growth.

Exposing our children to these ancient yet practical techniques could help them cope better with stress and grow into living healthier lives.

Close your eyes right now, and visualize what a society of human beings would look like if they started to meditate as children . . .

Meditating Kids Become Better Students

In San Francisco, schools that participated in Quiet Time, a Transcendental Meditation program, had twice as many students score proficiently in English on the California Achievement Test than in similar schools where the program didn’t exist.

Visitacion Valley Middle School had the following positive results:

  • Reduced suspensions by 45 percent during the program’s first year.
  • Attendance rates climbed to 98 percent.
  • Grade point averages improved.
  • The school recorded the highest happiness levels in San Francisco on the annual California Healthy Kids Survey.

Studies at University of California, Berkeley have shown that mindfulness education programs improved students’ self-control, attentiveness, and respect for other classmates, enhanced the school climate, and improved teachers’ moods.

What You Get

MB8 is a 6-week program, but you can go at your own pace. Each week has a new meditation and set of information/instruction that builds upon the previous week.

You will also get access to recorded guided meditations designed for kids.

The format of this program is to first explain everything in depth through a lens that an adult can understand and appreciate. Then, I will strip away most of what I explained the first time, and offer a secondary explanation that’s digestible for children.

Topics Include:

  • What Is Mindfulness?
  • What Is Mindfulness Meditation?
  • Why Should Children Learn to Meditate?
  • Why Children Learn Meditation Easier Than Adults?
  • How to Get Kids to Meditate
  • How to Make Meditation Fun for Children
  • Make Your Mantra

It’s like a 2-for-1 Deal

The good news is that you will have an opportunity to learn/refine your meditation practice as well.

This makes teaching meditation to kids a good excuse to start a practice yourself, or just get deeper into the one you have already.

You get to practice as you teach. Teaching meditation becomes a two-way street because you don’t just teach, you get to learn too. Anyone will tell you that teaching any subject expands your understanding of that subject.

FAQ

Q: Will I receive it all at once, or is it transmitted in segments?

You will receive access to the entire program all at once and can go at your own pace.

Q: I get this is for kids, but I consider myself a novice at meditation; will this provide an opportunity to expand and grow my own practice?

Regarding the experience for the adult(s) involved in teaching, the Meditate by Eight system is geared more toward the beginner or someone with modest experience in meditation. Many of these concepts will be familiar to both novices and experts.

However, I present a specific format that is geared toward teaching kids meditation that is based on research and personal experience. There is also an intrinsic opportunity to learn and go deeper into your own practice by way of teaching it to someone else.

The payment is secured through Stripe (a PayPal company), which is as secure as it gets. Also, we never share your personal information with anyone for any reason.

What Parents Are Saying

“I got my kids to practice sitting and the first night went pretty much as you explained. Right away, my little girl asked if we could do it again. It’s been a nice bonding experience as well.” —Catherine Doobay

“Chris! We are loving week three! My son Grady told me last night he used the body scan practice to help him go to sleep! So cool!” —Devon Olberding

“So far it’s been going pretty well for the first few weeks of your program in getting meditation in as much as we can. As a matter fact, I just left my 4 1/2 year-old at his Waldorf kindergarten and he was having a hard morning, so we sat down and spent some meditation time on the playground and he did great! He found his center and moved past the tantrum. Super grateful!” —Maricel Causer

“I’m on a personal journey, I’m a mum and a teacher. The language is clear and well thought out. The steps are excellent and I appreciate the simple and effective process. I’m excited to share what I learned, this is exactly what I needed to move forward.”—Robyn Cassans

“Chris, your program has helped my children with the kind of ADHD/OCD symptoms that many kids seem to have these days. Meditation is kind of like a ‘chill pill’ haha. I’ve been getting benefits as well, and feel grounded and have an increased sense of inner calm and gratefulness with how life is (happy positive mojo).” —Michael Lee

Your child will leave the course with a solid foundation to a meditation practice within six weeks. MB8 doesn’t have confusing bells and whistles — just simple instruction with a slow and steady approach that fosters a comfortable experience.

We will also introduce other playful mindfulness practices that make this journey a lot of fun. This produces a light-hearted enthusiasm that keeps the kids coming back for more meditation.
